2. The competition is open to residents in the UK and Eire, but is not open to employees of the Arcadia Group, BHS Limited, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this Prize Draw.
3.Enter the Competition by filling out your details below. Only one entry per person. Burton does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
4. By entering this competition, you agree that your details including your email address/address may be used to keep you informed about Burton promotions, products and news. 5. The competition will close at 11:59pm (GMT) on Sunday 3rd February. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random by an independent person within seven days of the competition closing. The winner will be notified via email no later than two weeks after the draw. Burton's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. There will only be one winner.
6. There is one prize of 2 tickets to the London premiere of Die Hard, and one Die Hard goodie bag. Two runners up will receive a Die Hard goodie bag each. PLEASE NOTE travel to and from London is not included.
7. If the competition prize is not claimed within 2 weeks of the winner being notified, Burton reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.
8. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Burton reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
9. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Burton may require.
10. The winner’s details will be available for 2 weeks after the draw and may be requested by sending a SAE to "£500 Wardrobe Prize Draw", Burton Marketing at address below.
11. Burton reserves the right to (i) cancel this competition , (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
