Toggi Wax Jacket developed stains after first use.

- What did you buy? Toggi Ladies Wax Jacket
- When did you buy it? Dec 2012 (Christmas Present)
- Where from? Internet store (with a physical shop as well)
- How did you pay? (cash/cheque/debit card/credit card etc) Credit Card
- What went wrong? Jacket was worn twice in light drizzle, the wax has "worn" very quickly, the jacket is dark tan in colour; however these orange splodges have appeared all over it. (I can include photos if this helps?)
- What are the vendors telling you? Vendor returned the jacket to Toggi at the start of January; Toggi have returned the jacket to the vendor and told them there is nothing wrong with it. Vendor has told me they will return the jacket to me and all i can do is take it up with the manufacturer.
- What solution or remedy are you looking for? (Companies may Repair / Refund / Replace) Initially i asked for a replacement, but now i just want a refund and i will buy from a reputable brand in future.
Thanks in advance

Get an independent report (which you will have to pay for initially) and send the findings to both the vendor and the manufacturer (if in your favour of course!). If the report concludes that the jacket is not of suitable quality and the vendor capitulates and refunds under the SOGA be sure to ask for the fee for the report too."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0

Any ideas who would give me an independent report?
I was thinking of going back to the vendor first quoting SOGA and the fact the Jacket is not fit for purpose and seeing how they respond?0 -
They already have responded, they say it's not faulty the ball is now in your court to say it is. They will not over rule the manufacturer because the manufacturer will not credit them for the jacket. S75 will also fail for the same reason, again they will side with the retailer because of the manufacturers findings, leaving you to prove otherwise.Any ideas who would give me an independent report?

So how do prove there is a problem with the jacket?
The jacket has just arrived back with a note saying "no fault found maybe it has come into contact with a chemical of some kind?"
The jacket has been worn on 2 walks just after Christmas in light rain and then hung as per the manufacturers instruction to dry each time at room temp and these blotches have appeared. It's not like my wife was wearing it whilst working in an industrial plant, she just wore it in the rain.0
