Secret life of dogs

Watching this very interesting program on itv. It started at 9pm, but will be on +1 shortly. Or itvplayer at some stage :)

  • I watched it too, been a dog owner my whole life and I still learnt loads. Have your hankies ready for a story of a brave lab...

I loved it. Is it part of a series?

I hope so, but I can't see anything on the website that says that

Just found confirmation that it was a one off....damn!

Next week is about working horses (Clydesdales). Hopefully it'll be just as good :)
  • I might have a look at that.:)

I did see a BBC programme last year about dog owners at a park in London, I can't remember the name but that was very good. (Helpful I know!)

ETA - it was called Wonderland, Walking with Dogs.

Yeah, thats another Martin Clunes one, I'm looking forward to it. The Accidental Smallholder run courses on training your horse to do work around the yard (like log pulling etc) and I had considered doing it with Lolly at one point.

I absolutely loved it. I did think it would make a good series but they rushed through the lab's childhood so fast it had to be a one off. Such a shame - nice to have something worth watching on TV :-)

  • Isn't it always a shame when you find a pet program you love and it turns out to just be a one off. Fantastic show as well!

I missed it because it didn't go in itv player and I can't watch tv live - no license.
