    Just an update.. had call from OR today, they are writing to bank to say they have no interest in the account, He suggested that I call bank too to let them know then account should not be frozen.

    OR seemed very nice and said that its likely that he will only have to interview either me or husband, which will be good.. he is going to be back in touch in a few days.. it has put my mind at rest a little for now :)
