Where to Have Housing Benefit Paid

If you have no bank account and can't get one, where can you get the money paid ? Landlord is not an option as he doesn't want to be involved. Only have a 6 week address and no utility bills or anything to confirm this. Has anyone any suggestions or experience of this please ?

Thanks miduck I was told at housing, Post Office account is only an option for JSA not HB? Apparently It's possible to get it paid into someone elses account if they give permission. Obviously it would be a relative or someone you can trust.
