I fully read and understood your post, perhaps you're having difficulty understanding mine. You can see as many similar spec'd TVs as you like in store but that's not going to equate to a real life viewing experience in your own home. No store is going to be able to replicate your home viewing experience and as such sometimes you may end up being disappointed with the purchase you made. This doesn't in any way mean that the TV you bought is faulty or otherwise unfit for purpose. Did you follow my advice and checkout the Avforums website? There's plenty of information there to help get the best from your TV.

Again, what was the make/model of TV?
