Marbles PPI Claim

I received a letter from Marbles rejecting my PPI claim, due to an online application for the credit card that I made 6 yrs ago. I must have ticked the PPI to be included, so they say. Is there anyway around this to continue with my claim. I`ve made 2 other claims myself and had over £9000 so far. This is my last claim to cash in on.

Thank you for reading my post.

No way around unless it was a pre-ticked box, which they have told you it wasn't. Depends on whether you believe them or not. If you don't, submit your complaint to the FOS and wait 18 months to find out :)
