Hi everyone, have a UU to report (and it's makeup!)

Estee Lauder Double Wear Mineral Powder - WBA, it worked really well as a foundation, stayed all day when paired with my Biore primer. However the colour was a little too pink for me, but as long as I brought it down my neck, it blended in ok.

Moving on to some Bare Minerals Matte foundation I found in my stash that I forgot about. There doesn't look like there's much left in it though so it might be a second makeup UU before long.

That being said, I have almost finished an eye shadow and an eyeliner so I might be on a roll! Best of luck to everyone this month!

Congratulations on your makeup UU, it takes so long to UU makeup, don't think I'll have any UU in that category in the near future.

I'm starting Feb with 2 free INs from Bzz - Sure Compressed deodorant, I'm interested to see if these really do last as long as normal cans, they are very dinky!

    Made an effort today...

32 - UU unidentified soap as washing thing for towels
33 - UU sensodyne sample. WBA once stash is finished...
34 - redken shampoo sample, beer I think, for men. WNBA it made my scalp itchy.
    35 - aussie 3 minute miracle sample. WBA...if they didn't test on animals. :(
36/37/38 - gave away 3 treseme samples. WNBA as I don't get on with them. Greasy heavy hair and itchy scalp.

...and I gave away my free L'Occitane hand cream voucher as I already have two in stash. I'm getting a bit of a cold sweat because of it though!

    Good start!
    Cookie, I think you're tame. :heart2:

I have just had a phone call from my dear brother - he is at HOME!:j:j

To keep on topic, I start February with 6 IN's, my Elemis belated chrissie present has arrived.

Rosemary - I hope you have rescued the merinue, such a pain about the brulee, particularly when it has worked before, hope the dinner party goes well.

    Hi guys,

Thanks Itzybitzy for starting the thread!

I spent less than £13 on beauty/toiletries last month which I'm very pleased with. I'm going to aim for no spend this month as I still have plenty of shower gel and body lotion from Christmas.

First February UU is a serious LHJ from TKM!!!

Mineral Dead Sea Body Lotion, 1000ml - WNBA because the scent is a bit meh and it's full of parabens which I'm trying to avoid.

  • 2 INS in the form of Sure deodrants from BZZ agent too. So small, ideal for travels at 75ml without running out on you hopefully. Wonder how we will get on with them!
Debt free and busy treating myself:)

No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales

Oh wow :T I'm not the only one then. My excuse was I didn't t realise how long these things take to use up:eek: Most of mine are freebies ,bargains, presents and car boot sales. Think I had a bit of a hoarding problem at one time but have now realised this and I'm trying to stop, get rid, delegate to others etc but will take years as I don't intend to throw away anything unless its gone off. I like many others just can't resist a bargain and I do get quite a thrill out of it all. How sad is that lol.

I do too, but I must stop buying!

BTW my number in my sig/original post may go up as I'm still doing my inventory and there are a few things I need to add (but are not new purchases)

Here's a list of companies and whether they test on animals, and if they do, why. P&G do say they meet all the regulations for humane treatment of the animals, hopefully that's true, HTH.
