I don't take vitamins, but I find taking omega fish oil capsules helps, as I hardly ever eat fish!0

Vitamins aren't everything - if you have a GOOD balanced diet, you get all the vits you need, but also all the other good things that food provides that can't be packaged into tablet form. Much better for you.No longer a spouse, or trailing, but MSE won't allow me to change my username...0

I take a flaxseed omega 3+6+9 along with Multibionta and Biokult probiotics.
I take them as I have health issues, I was diagnosed with ME 5 ish years ago so feel I could do with the extra help. I have seen an improvement in some issues since taking them especially skin issues.0 -
I'm taking a supermarket pregnancy vitamin as I have been, and am hoping to start again, trying for a baby. If I'm honest, I don't eat anywhere near enough fruit and veg and I do find taking a multivitamin helps my skin and fingernails, and I'm sure it stops me getting headaches.0

Omega 3 - everyone says it's good for you!
Evening Primrose Oil - for my skin and PMT
Hair, Skin and Nails - for my hair, skin and nails!0 -

You may spot it doesn't have any vit A in it.Vitamin A, present in liver, is a "teratogen", which damages the development of cells in foetuses, leading to the developments of conditions like spina bifida, hydrocephalus and urinary tract malformations.
Well done, good for you, very wise.
It's almost impossible to get every vit and min you need from food these days. Such poor quality crops compared to what they used to be 100 years ago.0 -
I take -
Vit b complex
Vit D spray
Green tea supplement for calmness0
