In winter, the Alps are famous for which activity?

You will stay in a luxurious en suite double room with stunning mountain views at the private chalet Ferme du Ciel in Samoëns in the French Alps. After a healthy, delicious breakfast, you’re free to enjoy the area’s many activities. Take a cable car up to the top of the mountain, go on a guided walk or try something more adventurous, such as mountain biking or white water rafting. Explore the pretty, historic town of Samoëns, eat in one of its many restaurants, and then round off a perfect day in a bubbling Jacuzzi on the chalet deck while observing the stars in the sky.
The prize consists of return air fares from London Heathrow to Geneva, transfers to and from Geneva airport, five nights’ accommodation in a luxury en suite double room, breakfast each morning, unlimited use of the pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and all chalet facilities, such as Sky TV, PCs, WiFi, DVDs and Xbox, guidance to local activities and help in making arrangements. The prize must be taken between 21 April and 15 December 2013, excluding bank holidays and subject to availability. Car hire is recommended to visit local attractions. Please note that car hire is not included in the prize.
