Redundancy advice needed

It looks possible I will be made redundant and someone said that I could claim job seekers even if my husband works as I paid national insurance. Is this correct? Even though my husband is on 28000 a year?

Yes, you should be able to claim "contributions" based JSA but you won't be eligible for"income" based.0
