Is this being unreasonable

Options
I am exepcting a refund from Barclays of my ppi. They have said that they have to recalculate my figures cos the original figures given to me didnt go back far enough and they have to go to the archives and go back to 2003.

I was told that 9 weeks ago, today I have contacted them and they are still saying they are waiting for the copy statements from archives.

Just how long do they expect me to wait I have said to them today that I would give them a further week otherwise I will be getting advice and taking further action (dont know what yet lol), as if I had requested a SAR's i would have expected to actually have all this informaiton by now. Would you say this was unreasonable for me to expect to have the new calculatoins by now.
