Bought a pack of work socks not long ago, after about 3/4 wears holes started to appear in the heels.
Was going to take them back to the shop, but really couldnt be bothered just for a few holey socks.
So i decided to email them, not expecting anything back.
The next day i recieved a pleasant responce from them, and they asked for my address so that they could send me a replacement pack. 7 days and i had some new socks! :T
