Ebay collections

Firstly I wasn't sure what forum to post this in so I'm sorry if this is the wrong one.
I sold a PS3 on ebay, I sent it but it went to the wrong address because the buyer had an old address on his account. I managed to get in touch with the courier and have it sent to the right address and I have proof from the courier with a receipt. But before this the buyer made a dispute and won, got a refund of £130 and ebay want the money from me.
I sent them every bit of proof they asked for but they kept asking for more and handed my account over to a collections agency.
Now I have them ringing me up and emailing me saying if I don't pay them the money they'll send someone to my house to get it.
They said Ebay are out of the picture now and it's between me and the collections agency so my only choice is to pay.
But I shouldn't have to, I'm not sure what to do now.
Any advice?
Thanks

Best thing to do is re-post your problem on the ebay board, about 20 down from this one.0

eBay gives you a good few days to reply to a case, and when you do so at least a week to discuss it.
How long did you take to send it, and how until you sorted the courier issue?0 -
They said I had until the 31st of January but then gave my account to the collections on the 24th.
I might've taken a couple of days to reply because I'm lazy but they never wanted to know. Just fobbed me off. I even rang them up and got told to email a receipt, which I did, and they replied with some copy pasted rubbish saying "pay" basically.0 -
Post this on the ebay thread...
