iOS 6.01 Update

Download this this morning and it failed to install first time, re-set phone and it installed 2nd time and restored with back-up prior to updating.
However, no apps or music were restored. Now when I connect phone to iTunes, it keeps asking if I want to set-up new phone or restore, even though I have done this. See picture below, this is what I see evertime I connect phone. I have only had this problem today since I upgraded to new iOS.
Has anyone else had problems or know how to solve this?

Yeah, about 6 times.
The only thing I haven't tried is setting it up as a new phone.0 -

I updated my Ipod (4G) last night. All went OK and synced fine with my PC.0 -

I have just tried clicking on set-up new phone and it is allowing me to install apps and music now. Haven't disconnected it yet to see if that screen re-appears.0 -
