Ebay sold item till ring sound on Samsung Galaxy

I used to get a till ring sound when my Samsung Galaxy S3 notified me of my Ebay sold items and paid for items.
However, I had to re-start the phone yesterday when some Facebook notifications got stuck. Since then, it just buzzes.
I have been into settings and can't see anything different and I have Googled it..but come up with nothing.
Does anyone know how I restore it, please.

Go into settings>sounds then notifications it will probably just say silent or default ringtone, then just select the ringtone you want.0

Try Play market un install ebay app then reinstall it .
