Orangery problems(How far do I go)

I ordered an orangery from a West Midlands company and Paid £17,000 for it . Well Their 6 weeks build became 4 months(they turned up when they felt like it), and after we signed the completion papers it started raining and guess what leaks appeared in their so called waterproof roof. They came and fixed this but now every time it rains it springs another leak and I after keep calling them out. The paint inside is now all water marked the plaster is getting damaged and water is pouring through the lighting.
I would like to Know where I stand legally because this can not keep going on and can I get them to rebuild or compensate me.
PS This is a big firm not a fly by night so I would have expected better.
Thanks Andrew

How did to you pay - CC?
What guarantee was provided?0 -
Thanks for replying
I paid cash so I can not claim on my credit card, the guarantee is for 10 years but I don't just want them turning up every time it rains I want to force them to fix the problem now. They have now been about 5 times working on the same area.0 -
Ask for satisfaction, need to get an experts opinion, to highlight issues, get quotes for it to be put right, pass information onto the company... ask it for it to be sorted, if that fails sue for the sum it costs to put right.0

Why did you pay the full amount before the job was completed to your satisfaction? On a job this this size it would be normal to retain some percentage (say 10%) for snagging.
£17K in cash?!
You need to enforce the terms of the warranty, if they refuse or fail to do it to your satisfaction, then your only recourse is a civil action. No free lunch, and no free laptop
