Hi, can anyone tell me if you can claim housing benefit if you live on a narrowboat?? (Mooring fees) thanks, Debbie

Wouldn't mooring fees be considered the same as ground rent? And do you pay council tax. It does pose an interesting scenario.

It's more common than you'd thinkI currently manage a Housing Benefit service and have been working in Housing / council tax benefit (as was) since 2001.
