I have recently moved from a 3 bedroom stone house where the combined gas and electricity were £145 pcm overall. The new house is a 4 year old brick one with a £70 pcm bill. As you are buying and selling compare the EPCs for the 2 properties, for the house you are buying you should have been given a copy with the details of the property and for the one you are selling your estate agent should be giving a copy to everyone who asks for details of the property. It should be, but if you have those little lights it may not be hallogen use a lotDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
