Hello

When I rang CTC today to give them my self employed boyfriends confirmed earnings, i was advised that as I was now on unpaid maternity leave I was classed as not working and therefore could not get WTC.

I was advised to claim Income support, is that correct?

I wasn't aware that I was to tell them I was on unpaid mat leave and no longer employed.

Can anybody advise if i should claim JSA to boost my income?

Thanks

Sorry title should be IS not JSA!!! Silly me...
