Paying a spanish speeding ticket. help!

A couple of months ago, after returning from Spain, we recieved notification from the car rental company that we had been caught speeding and that they were charging us for providing details to the spanish police (they took this payment off our credit card).
This was followed by the actual speeding ticket sent to us however it is in catalan and so we can't understand any of it other than it looks like its for 100 euros. At the top it says its from Servei catala de Transit however we don't have a clue how we are suppposed to pay it. Can anyone help?
The problem is we are returning to the same area in July this year and need to rent a car again, will this be a problem if we don't manage to pay?
Thanks

I believe you can pay them online at https://multestransit.gencat.cat/sctPagaments/AppJava/views/expedients/cerca.xhtml?set-locale=ca_ES
If you use Google Translate it works fairly well on the pages0 -

Thanks, I tried that link and inputted the details however it won't let me pay it, it says at the bottom (translated) 'You can not make the payment because it is finished.' and then you can only select back to go back to the first page.
why do they make it so hard?!Stay at home mum and blogger who loves to earn money online!0 -
Normally your card issuer would pay this, then bill you for it. I've never heard of having to pay it yourself. How much did the card issuer charge you ? You'll probably find it's already been paid.0

I'm assuming you must mean car rental company rather than card issuer. In which case, if they haven't paid it it may be worth contacting them again to ask if they could do so and charge your card.0 -
The Car hire company just charged an 'admin fee' for having to provide the police with our details not the actual fine which is seperate and apparently nothing to do with them.Stay at home mum and blogger who loves to earn money online!0

Is that from Google Translate?
If you click on the Angles link at the top right, does that give a more helpful translation?Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks

And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning0 -

yes, when I click the angles link it says basically the same thing, this time '*You can not make your payment because it is finished'
I wish I knew what that meant!Stay at home mum and blogger who loves to earn money online!0 -
Has your card already been charged in a separate transaction to the admin fee ?0
