Hi all,
Looking for some advice. I won one of the advent prizes from the live like a vip/ zoe griffin competition - a Russian doll travel bag which I was really pleased about.

I was notified by email on Dec 15th I had won and that I would receive my prize shortly. I still hadn't got it by Jan 14th so I sent an email - I appreciate things can get delayed over xmas but didn't get a response. Have emailed again yesterday and as yet no response.

Has anyone else ever had any problems getting their prizes from this site?
