What Address to claim Etam Store Card PPI

Hi all

Im wanting to claim back the ppi charged on an old Etam Store card.

I have found a few old statements showing i had ppi and my account number etc.

I'm unsure who to contact from here though? I printed off and filled in the ppi consumer questionnaire recently and posted it to GE Capital Bank (address in Harrow) as i thought this was correct? they have today posted it back with a note saying it must have been sent in error and to resend to correct provider?

Can anyone offer any advice as to who im supposed to contact regarding Etam store card ppi claim?

I am in the same position, but going to contact Creation Financial Services. I think they took over from GE Capital Bank. I found this address on the Web:

Did this Solihull address work? I had an Etam card as well and would like to claim PPI.
