hi there
do the family fund issue grants without a house visit or call? as ive just checked my application update and its gone from "will arrange home visit" to "decision made letter in 7 days" does that mean i will not get a grant??
any thoughts gratefully received
thanks in advance

We got what we requested for DD on first application with no visit - did have a good letter from physio though. He explained DD's diagnois and physical disabilities clearly and then clearly supported her very real need for the equipment. She also has a rare genetic disorder which can be very serious so maybe depends on disability???0
