I'm planning to get an iPad, but only a 16 GB one.
128 still isn't enough to store everything on-board, so the 16 should suffice for apps, with content via Wi-Fi (ie. the client-server model).

I wonder if this is an indication that the 16GB option will be dropped in the next refresh, or perhaps the 16GB will be pushed to a new lower price point? I suspect the iPad Mini has made the 16GB iPad slightly redundant, meaning the full blow iPad needs to offer something different (in this case, larger storage options).

Apps seem to be getting bigger, so perhaps the 16 is more of a limitation.
