Looks like you have to go an air with this competition - just been looking at the T AND C'S and it said

9. Daily winners will be taken to air during the Breakfast show to answer a series of questions to win the prizes. For each question answered correctly the entrant shall win 1 prize. For any questions answered incorrectly the prize will be returned to the station.

10. Selected winners must be available at their registered address from Monday 4th – Friday 8th February 2013 between 8-9am and must allow the Capital Street Stars and their accompanying staff to enter their home. If they are not available in their home at the designated time, or do not allow the team to enter their home, they will forfeit the chance to answer the questions and win the prizes.

So it looks like the more questions you get right the bigger the prize.
