While checking if my house price purchased last year is listed in rightmove or zoopla but it just doesn't come up. Nor do I see my neighbours purchase detail. Although more recent transaction are visible. None of them are cash purchase not sure if that would make any difference.

I thought purchased house prices showed up 3 months after the event and have been scanning anxiously waiting for a nearby one that went for a good price recently (on the basis that, for those viewers who seek out nearby sold house prices to try and beat a vendor down, then I want that one showing up so I can try and do the reverse and "beat them up") - but it still hasnt shown and I would have thought it should by now.
I have the feeling that there are various houses missing from "sold house price" details and that maybe they arent as accurate as might be thought.0 -
There was something about this the other day....

Just had a quick scan of that thread. The house I have been waiting to see the price of isnt a repo or in any way with a "peculiarity" of any description. Just an ordinary house sold by a vendor who has seen his chance to "go up the ladder" and taken it.0 -

That seems to fill in the blanks that I've noticed
Interesting, considering all the data is meant to come from the land registry...0 -
Ours doesn't show up on RM, Zoopla or the Land Registry site either, just the price it sold for in 2006 (we bought it in Feb last year). It wouldn't come under any of the exclusions, so no idea why it's not listed.0

Just read the exclusions, interestingly all the sites show the transaction for my old house when I bought it which was shared ownership, but none of my neighbours. Wonder what made me special?!0

Maybe the Land Registry never received your transfer deed (TR1)?

Although a possibility it would be pretty rare if that was the case but presumably you have something from your conveyancer confirming registration?
Errors can occur of course and sometimes the data is not added or it is added incorrectly although in the vast majority of cases it is added correctly from the information provided.
For that reason we supply an online reporting tool whereby you cna advise us of an error or omission and we can check and amend as necessary. As moneyistooshorttomention mentions the information can take up to 3 months to appear when the sale has taken place due to the time often taken to submit the application to register as well as the timing of the data being issued to the third party sites.
However for the correction or addition of the data this should be quicker (4/6 weeks) depending on when the submission is made and then actioned as you may just miss the monthly update which would lengthen the timespan.“Official Company Representative
