Errors are made no matter which shop, offers not logged on to computers either through error or no info sent down from Head Office pricing. As always the onus is on the shopper to check your receipt and not rely on the computes, tills, SEL's being right!

No, not true. It's just that it's not memorable when it happens in your favour- I can't detail a single one of the instances where it's happened in my favour, all I can say is, probably wasn't at M&S. I just don't shop there that often.
All I remember is that there have been instances where my bill has been unexpectedly cheaper because I wasn't expecting my purchase to be part of a multibuy offer.0 -

My experience differs from yours. I always check my bills carefully and there have been far more times I have been overcharged than undercharged but maybe I am just unlucky.0
