I am selling my car through autotrader, it has only been on a matter of hours and I am getting scam emails!
I received a email asking about the service history and was a bit suspicious as the email started with "hi, how are you". Also it was sent within the early hours but I decided to answer politely as the spelling was ok so I decided to give the benefit of the doubt.
Within minutes I received the usual, I will pay with paypal and instruct my shipping agent, I am in the USA etc etc. I cannot be bothered replying so will just ignore.
I can tell this is going to be a long road:rotfl:

My work colleague had the same issues when he listed his VW T2 Camper.Never Knowingly Understood.

Not everyone is so internet savvy or 'savvy' in general though
When I sold a car before the amount of companies that called me saying 'We have buyers ready for your car... you need to pay a sign up fee' and I was like 'Thanks for calling... *hang up*'0
