Virtual numbers or of the cheapest Orange or Vodafone Express Net Business Contract

I am small start-up company looking for a cheapest and best virtual number

I am aware of Orange Pocket Line and Vodafone Express Net but needed better deals than what they are offering, so not getting it from there directly.

I need it just for me, but if I can extend the UK geographic number to employees overseas would be a bonus.

Hope someone can help.
