zooplus customers please read. a few questions

I made two orders today with zooplus, and I notice a few people here use them. In myzooplus where you can view your orders, one of my orders is saying "Received and Booked" and my other order is saying "In Process".
I have tried to find out what they mean, a few websites that i have ordered off, tell you what, each step means but I cant find that on zooplus, so what im asking regular zooplus customers is.....Do you know what each process is and what they mean.
Hope I am making sense to someone.

I changed from zooplus to gjwtitmuss as their delivery is much quicker and Quidco cashback quite quick too.0

I order with Zooplus regularly and always receive my delivery within a few days. I have found their Customer Service response time excellent when I have had need to email them.
Maybe try contacting them to see what they say?0 -

my frined has accidently ticked some button somewhere once while placing an order and she chose some "call with payment" option, called them after a week "where is my order" and turned out she accidently clicked something wrong so it was "booked"0 -
I order from zooplus once a month. I place my order then await email confirmations to say that the order has been placed and despatched and can track my parcel through parcelforce.
I have always received my parcels within 2-3 days.0 -

I would imagine that 'received and booked' is order received and that 'in process' is that order is being actioned eg packed for delivery or awaiting courier.
You get an email once they've sent it with the Yodel tracking number. I just looked at my last order (placed Saturday 26th Jan and which I received yesterday) and it has the status as 'order sent' which is self explanatory.
The UK tel number according to my order is 01234 43036.0 -

I did notice when I ordered on Saturday that the payment section had changed slightly, it asked me to enter the 3 digits from the rear of the card which it hasn't done before.0 -
thanks everyone for the replies, I got an email from them saying what happened. so alls fine now. Just bought an external aquarium filter that costs £170 at most other sites and got it from zooplus for £111 and free delivery. Cant wait now to receive it. Thats what happened in my case as well. there was an error on checkout, so had to re-order, and now its on Shipping Preparation. so looks all ok now.0
