    Twice. The first time while selling a flat. I got all the way to the day of exchange & the buyer pulled out but, because of their no sale no fee policy, I ended up just £8 out of pocket. I still own that house.
    I used them a seond time, three yrs ago to buy the house I now live in.
    Both times everything went really smoothly and I would recommend them to anyone.
    They're based in Leeds & I'm based in south London. The distance didn't matter a jot.
