Issues with Attachment of Earnings Order and IVA
Just a quick query re my IVA and an attachment of earnings order. Do I have to inform the court of my IVA to supersede my attachment of earnings order or is this done automatically? If I do need to inform them is there a special form? Also any money my employer has paid via the attachment of earnings order after my IVA can I apply to have this refunded.

You should speak with your IVA company as they should sort this out for you asap
