Hi Folks,
Read with interest the cases involving PE.
I too have recently been sent a parking charge notice for £85 reduced to £50 if paid within 14 days. I intend to go with the flow and ignore all correspondence from PE in the hope that this action prevails as it has done for other motorists. The incident occured at Morrison's supermarket car park by the way. Any advice will be welcome.
Regards

Same thing happened to us about 8 months ago, in a retail park, beside Morrisons where son worked. Son was driving, we were on holiday, so no way car owner / keeper could have been using car park. Anyway ignored 4 letters and that was the end of it. Don't be tempted into any dialogue with them.
Good you are doing the same. Don't give in.Mortgage free
