Does nobody else beleive this is ludicrous? Even if the 1st letter had been paid, i had appealed this yet even after appeal have not been given the opportunity to pay that £60 as it went upto £180 during the appeal process!
Why does the fee jump from £10 to £12 then to £60! Are you telling me it costs £60 to send a letter? A chance to pay the charge should be allowed for those that do not live in and around London and are not aware of the procedures.
Yes i massively begrudge paying this charge and i guess must be blind but then i wasnt looking for the signs i was more worried about myself and my baby.

It to put people off not paying it, if they just kept asking for you to pay £10 no one would pay up as there is no reason for you to do so.

There is absolutely no way anyone would miss that they have entered a congestion charge zone.

From experience people tend to try it on and say they missed them hoping to get away with not paying it and this is what happens.

TOTAL DEBT = 10364 (aim to clear June 16)
