The early years entitlement for 2 year olds

Iam a little confused if i will be entitled to the early years entitlement for my 2 yr old and need help please ... My nursery has just started to do this but i am not sure if i qualify , how do i know ?
I work 16 hrs and my partner 38 hrs per week and we are on an approx income of £19500 last year and an estimated 22,500 for the year 2012 -2013 .

No, you wont be. You LO will be entitled the term after their 3rd birthday.0

It won't apply to two year olds (from low income families) until September 2013. I believe that the criteria to be used will be the same that is currently used to determine eligibility to free school meals.0
