Return to work credit

After 5 months of claiming ESA (contibution based) after an operation I have now been offered a 16 hour/week job. Will I qualify for the £40/week return to work credit and how do I go about claiming it?

Are there any other in work benefits I might be able to get?

I dont have any dependants and wife works 21 hours/week.

REturn to work credit perhaps - https://www.gov.uk/return-to-work-credit/eligibility
Job grant - no - it requires you to be claiming for 26 weeks.
