Small Hole in Radiator - need quick fix

My hallway radiator has a small leak on the actual face of the radiator

(i.e. not on any pipes or connectors etc)

There is a small amount of water dripping out and rust is forming.

I know taht the proper fix is to get a new radiator - but I'm moving house soon and I'm after a quick fix.

Is there a sealant type product on the market to seal from the outside of the radiator.

ps Combi Boiler and not keen to chuck something in the system

Loctite express power putty will do the job. Around £4.50 or so in the shops or search on 'loctite express' on EBay. They were giving this stuff away free when it was launched, perhaps some kind MSE'er may have a tube laying around.

You could always turn the Rad off at both ends.
It's summer now, so shouldn't be noticed BUT when it comes to selling the other solicitor WILL ask if the CH system is working satisfactorily. Up to you?

Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.

Yes this stuff will do it, they probably stock something similar at your local DIY shed.

I have seen a matchstick used as a temporary measure.
I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.
