Partner signed off on monday and started work today, while he was at work he had a missed call which turns out to be the benefit centre, was just wondering what they was ringing for and if their is a problem, also worried he wont get his last 2 weeks money, is this normal for them to ring you?

I don't think it's anything to worry about and I see no reason why he should not receive his JSA, When I signed off to start my previous job my job center adviser rang and my husband took the call. She just wanted to congradulate me on getting work. It is probably some simple question that needs answering for someone to completely close the claim. Please don't worry about it.0

Thank you. Was just a bit concerned because he signed on and signed off at the same time, hope it hasn't caused them any confusion, I just panic about all the little things lol.Raven. :grinheart:grinheart:grinheart0
