Yep, minicredit are ruthless, thankfully I ended up borrowing from family and paying it off before it got out of control, I had borrowed 150 and said if I didn't pay it would be nearly 800 in a month !!!! Eeeek

I will speak with step change and hopefully arrange all the pdl's I can into a new plan, I was just curious if minicredit didn't accept the plan. If mini. Credit went to court, the court would see that I made the effort to rectify the situation with them but mini credit refused so the case would be thrown out you would have thought. Thanks for the address though I will write them a letter0
