I have a loan with Minicredit which has spiralled up to £700 now & they do not accept Debt Management Plans & dont have any contact address on their letters, their also extremely rude on the phone.
Has anyone else not paid Minicredit & got away with it??

Deuces, on the previous thread, the suggestions was for you to move to one of the debt charities and start a new DMP with all your PDLs included. Is this not an option? I'm sure they all say they don't accept DMPs.0

IV got the same problem we ended up with £80 after there hidden transfer fees! and they have taken just over £300 for it being 2 weeks late

we now have a jar of coppers to last this month!! bank wont do anything and as you say MINI credit arnt interested0 -
what do you mean by 'got away with it'?0
-
I mean, not contacted them and they don't go to court or anything and the loan eventually fizzles away.0

Yeah it's the option I will choose however I want to have a backup plan for mini credit if they do not accept anything0

"eventually fizzles away"?????
Well isn't that responsible?!?!Clearing debt to save for a simple wedding.Starting 2016 With debt of £77000 -
responsible isn't relevant if it works as these companies are just glorified loan sharks0

Ok, but surely you should take some responsibility for the debt, after all, you borrowed the money!
Have a look on their website - address is 85-87 Borough High St. London SE1 1NH. Try sending a letter there instead of hoping it will disappear.Clearing debt to save for a simple wedding.Starting 2016 With debt of £77000 -

You have already told us on the other thread that your troubles are down to using 9 PDLs to fund a gambling addiction, even after you had a DMP.
The words 'pot' 'kettle' and 'black' come to mind here.
I have told you what to do. You wont get away without paying MiniCredit who can and will make your life hell. Get onto Stepchange and work out a new combined DMP which consolidates your newest PDLs into it.
PDLs are not loan sharks and nothing forced you to (in my opinion) recklessly borrow the money from them. Attempting to evade the situation now will not help you much.Debt Free! Long road, but we did it
