  • Thanks, katykicker. That's the daft thing - even if I wanted to leave a site, I wouldn't do it til I had reached cashout!

Has anyone noticed that frequency of Ipsos surveys have really declined lately? They used to be really good but now getting a survey from them seems rare.

  • I have been a member of this site for over two years and have regularly collected rewards, however I now cannot log in to the site as it says my membership is inactive. I have tried contacting Ipsos twice but had no response. I know for a fact I haven't unsubscribed. Are any other people having this problem?

Do you know that they have recently changed their name and website? If not then maybe that's why it says that your membership is inactive? The new website is http://www.i-say.com . Your username, password and points will be the same.
  • Thanks Donna

I have tried logging in to the new site with the same credentials but still get the same inactive message.

That's strange. I have no idea then sorry. The only other thing I can think of is maybe clicking on the forgotten password link and seeing if the same message comes up for you. It's so annoying when these things happen when you've been involved with them for so long plus the fact that you probably have points with them.

Steve, you may have the same problem I did - my membership was unsubscribed without my requesting it. I had to email Ipsos a couple of times to re-join, but the good news is that they agreed to reinstate the points I already had.

Absolute rubbish website, never received any emails to invite me to do surveys so am not gaining any points, waste of time and unsubscribed last year.

I am getting plenty of surveys coming through, but they are not paying the promised amount of points.

I recently tested a product and when the follow up survey came through, I completed it and was supposed to get 400 points, but I got nothing!

I currently have 1075 points and am going to wait to cash out, get my voucher and then I'm going to get rid.

I was with these guys a year or so ago. They're pretty bad. Lots of DNQs after 10/15 mins, promised points not the same as points received, technical errors, emails ignored.

    Con artists. Avoid.
