    i got leg of lamb christmas time and it lasted well, we had a dinner and enough left to make curry and ive eye on the leftover lamb in freezer to make cawl in sc soon with my yellow sticker 25p soup mix from tesco xmas eve x

    Season, flavour and spice to your preference, put it In a container with a lid at 170DegC for around 4 hours , baste every hour, you won't need a knife as you will be able to pull it apart with a spoon
