Exporting Lloyds TSB transaction to CSV problem

I exported my Transactions to a CSV file and opened it in Excel. The Transaction Descriptions are all missing, so I don't know what the transactions actually are!
Another bug.

they are aware of issue and are trying to put a fix in place asap! once this is done all transactions will be viewable as normal0

Yes, i got a reply from their IT dept saying the same. It can't be that hard surely? I work in IT and it's a simple export report.0
