misi.co.uk warning!

I hope it is ok to post this here.

I recently ordered something from the misi.co uk website. The item didn't arrive and my queries were ignored. I am now pursuing a claim for a refund of my payment via PayPal.

From what I can gather it seems the website is still up and running but NOT fulfilling orders!

It is run a bit like the Etsy website, in the fact that people have 'shops' on there.

I know I will get my money refunded but others may not be so lucky.

How can a website still offer to sell things when they have no intention of fulfilling these orders - and does anyone know where I could report it, please?

Thanks.

    Hey MrsAS,

that's really weird. I've been using Misi for almost 2 years now and never had a problem. I've heard of this happening only once before to a friend of mine and they got a full refund by just by posting it in the forum. Misi is filled with small shop owners like myself so it's up to us to fullfill them. I love Misi -- contact me if you need any help figuring out were to post.

    One Love,
    Nick

To be fair, MISI is just like Ebay, its full of small shop people, it's not MISI that are not fulfilling the order, its down to whichever shop it was bought from.
