Hi If - due to an error when the salaries were changed - an employer forgets to deduct the childcare vouchers value on the payslip (and ultimately affecting take home pay) for an employee BUT still pays the vouchers as well... where does the employee and employer stand when/if they notice the error? as basically the…

I dont think they have to come to a payment arrangement but I am not 100%.
