Buying a 2nd hand car Vs P/X

When buying a 2nd hand car, and trading in current car for P/X, is the screen price negotiable?

For example, can I negotiate the asking price?

If the car is advertised at £3500, and I wanted £1000 p/x, do I make an offer on the car before P/X? or is the asking price on the car the "fixed" price?

  • Price to Change is what you want :)

Dont get hung up on the value of your car, they may well offer some low number and offset it with a big discount, or give you great value for your car and no discount :)

All prices are negotiable regardless of PX or not.
