1. This competition is for the chance for you and 99 other people to have your own private Jet2.com plane as part of our 'Party on a Plane' campaign. The plane will be themed as you choose, you'll be taken from your Jet2.com departure airport of choice to any existing Jet2.com destination of your choice and back again. Once there your prize includes 1 night room-only accommodation for 100 people provided by Jet2holidays.
2. Competition opens on Monday 28th January 2013, the competition closes midday 22nd February 2013.Competition is online only. postal or telephone entries will not be accepted.
3. The competition prize is open to all destinations excluding Marrakesh, St Petersburg, Reykjavik, and New York.
4. Flights date and time is subject to availability and may not be taken at peak periods as stated by Jet2.com (see terms at https://www.jet2.com/promotions).
5. To enter and be eligible for this competition you must have a Facebook account. All other people travelling on your flight must also be Facebook account holders.
6. By entering the competition using the Facebook Connect functionality, you will allow permission for Jet2.com to contact you via email in the future. To review how we handle data please read our Privacy Policy (http://www.jet2.com/new/privacy)
HOW TO ENTER
7. You need to fill 100 places on your 'Party on a Plane'. To enter the competition you must invite a minimum of 99 of your facebook friends to attend your party plane. Competition entry is only complete once the online Entry Form has then been completed and submitted.
8. The Entry Form requires completing by you and each of your 99 facebook friends via an online form which can be found at https://www.jet2.com/partyplane. Once the Entry Form is properly and fully completed and submitted online your entry will be valid.
9. The online Entry Form also requires you to detail the theme of your party plane, as well as the Jet2.com destination of your choice. Your choice of theme and reasons for entering will form part of the shortlisting criteria (see below).
10. Participants are entitled to submit one entry only. However participants are entitled to be an invited Facebook friend, on an unlimited number of other entries submitted by other Facebook friends.
11. All entries must be completed in full on the online Entry Form by midday on 22nd February 2013.
JUDGING AND WINNER'S NOTIFICATION
12. All entries will be shortlisted by a panel of judges chosen by Jet2.com working to a criteria which will be judged based on the content and responses in the Entry Form. This will be done after midday on the close of the competition on 22nd February 2013.
13. The top 10 entries will then be entered into a public vote for the best entry. Details of how the public will be able to vote will be provided when the top 10 entries are published.
14. The winner will be the entry which receives the most votes as the best entry.
15. The winner will be announced following the public vote on Monday 4th March 2013.
16. Winners shall be notified by telephone or email by Jet2.com (not Facebook). If Jet2.com cannot contact a winner directly by 28th March 2013, Jet2.com reserves the right to choose another winner from the remaining 9 shortlisted entries, based on the same criteria.
TERMS REGARDING THE PRIZE
17. The winner must redeem their prize by 31st March 2013 and take their 'party on a plane' by 30th November 2013.
18. The flight is restricted to 100 passengers, with the remaining seats taken by crew and media.
19. Jet2.com and Jet2holidays reserve the right to offer alternative dates/destinations/accommodation.
20. Jet2.com reserves the right to vary any elements of the theme of the flight for flight safety or other operational reasons.
21. Jet2.com's general terms and conditions of carriage, which can be found on https://www.jet2.com, apply to each member of your party.
22. Passengers may only take one piece of hand baggage on the flight weighing no more than 10kg and in size.
23. Any additional services e.g. hold baggage or extra leg room must be booked and paid for at the airport. Passengers with special needs such as requirement for wheelchair assistance should inform the organisers at time of booking the flight. Checked baggage is not included but can be purchased for an additional charge.
24. All passengers travelling on the prize flights must have a valid passport to travel, together with any relevant visa and/or other entry requirements.
25. The winning entrant must travel.
26. No purchase is necessary.
27. This competition is open to residents of Great Britain over the age of 14 years excluding employees and officers of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays and/or their relatives; anyone professionally connected with the competition including (but not limited to) employees of the marketing agencies.
28. Final name confirmation is required 2 weeks before the scheduled departure date. Any changes proposed after this date will not be accepted.
29. Travel insurance is not included. Winners should take out their own insurance.
30. By entering this competition winners agree to take part in related publicity and agree to receive communications from Jet2.com, Jet2holidays and third parties.
31. Prize must be accepted as offered. In the event of a prize not being available Jet2.com reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternative is available for prizes won.
32. Jet2.com is not liable for late, lost or entries not received and does not accept any responsibility for any failure by the winners or any entrant to comply with these terms and conditions. Jet2.com's decision is final and binding in all respects.
33. Jet2.com will not be liable for any cancellations, alterations or modifications to the competition or the prizes for any reason which falls outside its reasonable control. Jet2.com reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights for administrative reasons without prior notice. Jet2.com's schedules are not guaranteed. Any changes will be notified via email.
34. Jet2.com may in its absolute discretion change these terms and conditions without notice or cancel the promotion without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control that makes it necessary to do so. By entering this competition entrants are deemed to accept these rules.
