One of the best online return experiences I've recently had was with Timberland. Ordered a pair of boots, for myself, prior to Christmas, chose a size too big, was going to keep them but changed my mind a couple of weeks later and decided to return them. All you do is print of a UPS returns slip for you order, contact UPS on their freephone number and the following day your parcel is collected and winging it's way over to somewhere in Holland, and within 7 days you have a full refund. Absolutely no hassles (or extra cost) at all.
