I use home delivery quite a lot due to personal circumstances. I have never had any problems whatsoever with Yodel, the staff have always been really helpful and accommodating. I have encountered a few problems over the years however this has generally been the result of the company that I have placed an order with making a mistake. Most regularly Gap as they seem unable to dispatch my order to the address listed on my account which has caused no end of problems! :rotfl:0

Strangely enough, Yodel in our area are excellent - far better than the farce called Parcelforce, rude bunch of creatures that they are at their Nottingham operation. TNT are dreadful too - a pack of barefaced liars.
I know Yodel gets awful press but in our case they have never disappointed and delivery is fast too. Strange old world.0 -
i have only had one problem with them and that was my last very order. they had marked most of it as delivered and left on my front porch when i live in t a 1st floor flat!would love to win an ipad!
